Investigation of Solar Air Collectors with Carbon-Nanotube-Based Turbulators and Pin Fin Arrangements

This research attempts to investigate the thermal performance of solar air collectors with pin fins and turbulators. Incorporating carbon-nanotube-based turbulators in can enhance their due high conductivity, low weight, aspect ratio. In present study, numerical analyses a collector are carried out its effect on Nusselt number. The paper begins analysis conventional compares them theoretical results. is followed by analyses, which examine different configurations absorber plate varying diameters (10 mm, 20 30 mm) heights (20 40 60 base plate. include variations Reynolds number ranging from 3000 15,000.
